About Stillnus
Stillnus is an Orange County wellness brand making handmade comfort objects for the ritual of being held. Founded by Denise Troy, a TV and film choreographer turned wellness founder, Stillnus creates weighted eye pillows, crescent moon period relief pillows, kids comfort compresses, and care-forward gifts for people moving through hard seasons.
The brand began after a tumultuous season when Denise found herself holding everyone else: her children, her family, her work, and the moving parts of a full life. Meditation helped her carve out a moment that belonged only to her body, and Stillnus grew from the realization that millions of women need that same quiet permission to be held.
From Movement to Stillness
Before Stillnus, Denise spent decades in performance and choreography. That work taught her that movement can become emotional release, and that the body often tells the truth before words can catch up. Stillnus is the counterbalance: an object-based practice rooted in pause, warmth, weight, lavender, and care.

- Kids comfort compresses for bumps, aches, fevers, and everyday tenderness.
- Stillnus gift cards for giving someone the choice of their own care ritual.
Giving Back
Impact is not a side note for Stillnus. A portion of every purchase supports domestic violence survivors through Laura’s House, because safety, rest, advocacy, and emotional recovery belong together. Every piece is meant to help someone feel safe, seen, and loved.
