The stillnus Eye Pillow is filled with organic flaxseed and dried organic lavender. No synthetic fillers, no rice, no gel inserts. Organic flaxseed was chosen because it retains temperature longer than rice and provides more even pressure.

Yes. We use dried organic lavender, not fragrance oil or synthetic scent. Organic dried lavender contains linalool and linalyl acetate, the active compounds responsible for lavender's calming effect on the nervous system. Synthetic lavender fragrance does not contain these compounds.

The Crescent Moon Period Pillow is filled with organic flaxseed and dried organic lavender. The same fill as the eye pillow, in a larger crescent shape designed for the lower abdomen, lower back, and neck.

The Little Comfort Compresses use a non-toxic gel fill, making them safe for children and suitable for both freezer and microwave use. The exterior is 100% cotton.

The products contain lavender and flaxseed, both of which are potential allergens for some individuals. If you have a known sensitivity to either ingredient, we recommend the Little Comfort Compresses, which do not contain lavender or flaxseed.

All stillnus products use 100% cotton exteriors. Cotton was chosen because it is soft against skin, breathable, and does not retain heat or cause contact reactions the way synthetic fabrics can.

Yes. Every stillnus product is handmade by Ignacio Sanchez and his team at Colmillo Industrial Sewing in Orange County, California. Each product is cut, sewn, and filled by hand, one at a time.

Laura's House is a domestic violence resource center in Orange County, California. Since 1994, they have provided crisis intervention, emergency shelter, legal advocacy, and counseling to survivors of domestic violence and their families. All services are free.

A portion of every purchase goes to supporting survivors of domestic violence. To date stillnus has donated $2,000 to Laura's House, an Orange County resource center. Giving is built into the brand rather than run as a seasonal promotion.

Founder Denise Troy chose this cause before stillnus had a product to sell. The brand was built on the belief that every woman deserves to feel held without conditions. Domestic violence survivors are the most direct proof of what it means to have no safe place to land. It is not charity. It is proof of thesis.
