Can I use it cold and warm?
Yes, the same pillow does both. Chill it in the freezer for cold, or warm it in the microwave in short bursts. Always test the temperature against your wrist before it goes near your eyes.
How long does it stay cold or warm?
That depends entirely on how long you chilled or heated it, and we would rather not give you a number that turns out to be wrong for your freezer or your microwave. Start short, see how it feels, and adjust from there.
Does it smell strongly of lavender?
No. The scent comes from real dried lavender in the fill rather than added fragrance, so it is faint from the start and softens over time.
Will it help my migraines?
We cannot promise that, and we will not. What we can tell you is what it does: gentle, even weight and your choice of cold or warmth across the eyes, brow and temples. Many people find that combination helps with light sensitivity and tension. It is a comfort object, not a medical device.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean the fabric and let it air dry. The cover does not come off and the flaxseed and lavender fill cannot be submerged, so please do not machine wash or soak it.
