A bright, many-coloured tartan cut into a heart. Rainbow Tartan is the cheerful one, the heart people give to a teenager, a best friend, or a teacher who decorates her classroom herself. It is the same size as the rest of the line, about 7 x 6 in (18 x 15 cm), so it rests over your eyes rather than around your head. About 5.9 ounces of organic flaxseed and organic lavender give it a gentle, even weight. Warm it in the microwave for 15 to 30 seconds, or keep it in the freezer for a cool, dark moment on a warm afternoon. The lavender is real, so it is softer when chilled and never scent-free. It fits in a stocking and makes an easy Secret Santa gift. Sewn by hand in Garden Grove, California.

I really enjoy this product for days when I need a little extra self care or when I need tension relief in my face and temples.
The cloth is incredibly soft and non-irritating to the face, and I like how the size of the heart fits perfectly to my face. The shape lines up just right to the sinus cavities! Once the initial essential oil smells fade it is easy to add in your own scents. I like to heat mine up just a little for added relaxation effect 🙂
I will be adding my own little detachable band to this so I can secure it to my head for those times when I accidentally fall asleep using this!

This was a Valentine’s Day gift. He absolutely loves it. It does not freeze solid like other eye masks do. Says it is comfy and cools his eyes. Also looks kind of masculine for him.

In general I liked the product, i realize it’s handmade but the width was off by 1/2 inch. Which makes a difference if you are trying to cover your face as this product was made for. I returned it and ordered another one in the hopes the other one with would be closer to 7inches in width. I also did not like the fabric of the rainbow one so I picked out a different one.

If you just want this for a spa type experience, it’s great. As an eye mask for napping or sleep, it’s too small.
