Black gingham, the check you already trust, cut into a heart. This is our best-selling heart. It is about 7 x 6 in (18 x 15 cm), sized to rest over your eyes and the top of your cheeks rather than wrap around your head like a sleep mask. Inside is about 5.9 ounces of organic flaxseed and organic lavender, enough weight to settle over your eyes while you lie still. Warm it in the microwave for 15 to 30 seconds for the end of a long day, or keep it in the freezer for a cool, dark few minutes on a warm one. The lavender is real, so the scent is softer when chilled and never gone. Black Gingham suits almost anyone: a partner, a dad, a friend who does not like pink. It is sewn by hand in Garden Grove, California. The weight lands before you think. That's the point.

Fabric is just as pictured with a great quality texture/weight. The lavender is very fragrant, but not overwhelming. Instructions were included to use with heat or cool. Birthday girl loved it and another party guest asked where she could purchase one. I recommend! ❤️
