stillnus is offered at keystone, which means you buy at 50% of suggested retail. That gives you a healthy margin while keeping pricing consistent across every shop that carries us.

No. There are no case packs. Order any quantity you like and mix and match across the whole collection, as long as your order meets the minimum.

Orders are prepaid by card at checkout when you place them. We do not offer net terms at this time, which keeps pricing and turnaround simple for everyone.

Every stillnus piece is made by hand in Southern California. Most orders ship within 7 to 10 business days. If a season is running long, we will tell you up front and keep you posted along the way.

Shipping is a flat $9.99 on orders under $500, and free on orders of $500 or more.

Once you are approved, just log in and use one click reorder from your account, or open the quick order pad to refresh your whole shelf in a couple of minutes. Your past orders are always saved.

Wholesale orders are final sale, since each piece is made to order. We want you to feel confident, so please reach out before a first order if you have any questions about fit for your shop.

If anything arrives damaged or flawed, let us know within 7 days with a quick photo and we will replace it or credit your account. We stand behind everything we make.

We do not lock most areas, but we are thoughtful about how close together stockists sit. If you are in a smaller town and want to talk about being the local home for stillnus, email us and we will have a real conversation.

We love seeing stillnus in your shop and on your own website. To protect the brand for every stockist, we ask that you not list stillnus on third party marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, or eBay without our written okay.

Absolutely. Approved stockists get access to a kit with product photography, descriptions, and brand details, so stillnus looks beautiful wherever you share it.
